Maratrac Siren/PA

Hello, I have the Motorola Maratrac trunk mount radio and the siren/PA package. I can not get the siren/PA to power up. Is there fuse inside somewhere? I checked and I have voltage at the 2 power pins that connect into the actual PA unit, so the unit is getting power. Now I want to check and see if there is power at the control head, so I need to know which two pins on the cable that connects to the control head are the power pins. That way I can tell if its the PA unit itself, or the head, or just the cables. Thank you for your help.

Does the control head for the PA require a jumper in the back? If so what pins?
