SP Micor Repeater?

Yeah, well, I'm not posting this link for the promotion of the item, I've just never EVER seen anything like this before! :o Anyone have any idea what it is? I need some HARDWARE INFORMATION! :P

It has strange cards: TEL INTF, T.C. LOGIC, LOGIC MODULE, T.C. DECODER FILTER, JACKFIELD MODULE.

. Canuk Micor station. Intermittant duty TX.

May have a phone patch by looking at the cards. I am thinking maybe Canadain mobile telephone.....
