Hi Rich here,

Any way to force the 440 Ham bands into a 450+ UHF HT750, it highlights in red when I try to go below 450. Any tips or tricks or should I shelve it? I checked Batlabs but I didnt find much there relating to that info.. Tnx Rich

there is alot on that subject here but the simple answer is no you can't take the waris radios out of band.

i see so you aren't actually expanding the original range higher or lower, you are taking say a 403-470 and changing it into a 450-512 correct?

Yes,only a new bandsplit will work.
