Power cable needed - MT1000 MVA

Post by n9wys »

I'm looking for a power cable for an MT1000/HT600 MVA.

I had one, but it's buried somewhere in my shack, and I'm on a tight schedule to get the installation done.

Does anyone know of a place where I can order one - other than Motorola Parts? Thanks!

I purchased a bunch of the connectors and pins to the mt1000 mva power cable. I would be willing to mail you one if you want. You should, however, avoid the pin out on bat labs for the connector. It leads to letting the smoke out.

I was looking for the same plug/cable for my MT1000 mtv also. While looking through a building about to be destroyed found that the old gas furnaces used the same plug with real heavy wires. I did use the Batlabs pin out for the plug and it works fine. You might try a HVAC supply house. Wires were colored white and black though with no fuse.
