RoIP EQUIPMENT

Looking to set up a RoIP control from 2 remote computers for a school disticts bus base radio. I have looked at the JPS UNX-2.

Anyone had experience with these, other are Vega, McRoIP and Multitech.

Money is an issue !!!!

I can help you with this. I created a system much like echolink that is private. It will allow you to link your Repeaters/Base Stations with any old PC of 120MHz or greater and our SiteCAST interface. You do not need a static iP adress, bandwidth is conservative at 9KBp/s only when people are talking. Once you have these systems linked or jsut one system with our box, you can talk/listen to your radios from any PC, Laptop, Tablet, Treo, Moto Q smartphone anywhere on the planet. It works over GPRS or better. If you are at IWCE this year please come by the Critical RF booth, we will have P25 and analog systems linked all over the world.
