M1225 error o58

I have corrupted another m1225 and have searched high and low for a known good codeplug but can not seem to find one. I have broken my own rule and not saved one for this radio ahead of time. Can anyone help with a codeplug for
M44DGC90J2AA

I went thru this a year ago with another radio and could just kick myself. Im getting that dreaded error code 058

Radio was last programmed with 3.1 and now have windows ver software and somehow I corrupted it. The HVN9054E that Im using IS licensed to me.
