MCS2000 transmitting problem

Post by 123 »

I key the radio {Control head dims to look like the radio is off}, radio keeps a carrier on until the radio times out, the control head then reboots to self test & the radio is back to normal until I key the radio again. All other functions of the radio are normal.

Sounds like a possible power supply issue...have you tried it with another supply, or verified yours is good with another radio?
