CDM with two remote heads?

Hi I am looking to put one CDM 1250 60w UHF radio with two heads on it in our ambulance. One head in the front one in the back so it can be controlled from either. I have been looking on the site and motorola but because I dont know the name of the part I am having trouble finding it. Can anyone help me out here? thanks

Due to various apparent unresolved issues, Motorola no longer offers the dual-head CDM option. It was OEM by a company called Quickmount/Valley Industrial, but they no longer offer it either. More info can be found in these threads:
