Centracom Knowledge Base Category

Post by alex »

There's a category already in the Knowledge Base which covers consoles already:

http://batboard.batlabs.com/kb.php?mode=cat&cat=5

In order to post to this category, you must request to be added to the usergroup "Knowledge Base Team". You may find that by clicking this link:

http://batboard.batlabs.com/groupcp.php?g=11064

Once one of us goes and approves you -- which isn't an issue, it's just how the usergroup function works - you can create any knowledge base article you choose, in any category.

All articles must be approved, this is just how the system works.

Everyone who is a moderator or admin should have the ability to quickly approve the articles.

More information on this is in the Knowledge Base forum.

Alex,

Could I post in the Centracom Knowledge Base? Also, could we copy the Part Numbers thread into the KB and/or make it sticky? I'm constantly updating it.

Thanks!

That's the great thing about the knowledge base - you can update and change it all you want - yourself.

Simply follow the instructions to add yourself to the group, and I'll approve it. I'm leaving in a few minutes though, so it may not be until later that I get a chance to. Any other admin can also do this.

THIS KNOWLEDGE BASE NO LONGER FUNCTIONS!!!

Sorry to shout......but MODS....if at all possible can we get this thing back up and running, or at least get a new one in place? It was very useful, and quite a lot of info was lost when the old board format went offline!

Thanks for letting me rant......sorry, I needed a part number at 0013 hrs, and I'm a little cranky after 12 hrs of answering 911 calls!
After years of dealing with the public I have realized.....You Just Can't Fix Stupid!
