800mhz question, easy one

Can someone reccommend me a good 800mhz radio for use in an ambulance. I have always dealt with UHF and don't know much about them and now we are switching to 800mhz. Thanks!

3600 buad or 9600 Baud
Astro digital or analouge

if new you need a XTL1500/2500/5000
but you need a whoile lot more info to get the right flashcode
