That model is single channel and no stored voice VHF. The bandsplit cannot be determinrd by model number. It depends on the hardware inside.

For future reference, does the K make it VHF as in that same K that signifies VHF on Jedi radios?

No it does not. The 3 makes it VHF, a 4 UHF and a 1 is low band.
