Code Plug Request:MCS2000 UHF 403/470 Cant' Read

I'm having no success at reading an MCS2000
UHF 403-470MHz, Conventional,
M01SKM9PW6AN,
Model #2.
Flash Code: 0000010000009

It was last programmed with CPS R02.02.00. I've tried everything, known good cables and RIBs, but it fails to read. Radio powers up find, no obvious problems.

I'd like to get a codeplug for this model and band split to see if I can load it.
