Cable problem question: A new "all in one"

Post by FrenchFirefighter »

Hi everyone :D

I have one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/Program-All-in1-Mot ... dZViewItem and it work just fine. :D

I have one of these and it's not working: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 0095790277

I have tested the cable I need from the defective one and it's fine. Can I "transfer" it to the good set-up and weld it "with" the 1250 cable?

And no I won't try to read/write 2 radios at once

TNX

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

if you are referring to cutting off the ex600 end and adding it on with the ht1250 setup yes that will work as long as you get the pins to match.

It's working AND I found what the problem was. The small pins in the connector (radio end) are the problem. When ever they are too compressed the fail so I simply have to apply the connector to the radio and hold it in place gently. :D

Not the perfect way to work but I only have 2 radios to program 8)

TNX all for the help in this trend and the whole forum. :D
