Spectra HHCH Scan List programming?

I have an old Spectra with a HHCH that was just installed into my work vehicle. This has the HHCH with the two digit LED, not the newer A3 control head. I'm trying to figure out how to program the scan list. If I hold the scan toggle switch in the down position for 2 or 3 seconds, "SE" will appear on the LED. I'm just guessing that the "SE" stands for scanlist edit. I can scroll through the channels, but I don't know how to toggle the scan on and off for each channel. The left toggle switch is the channel up and down, the center one is the H/L (top) and Scan (bottom) and the right one is the power button, which has three positions.....the top one being the securenet mode.

Alternatively, if there is a nuisance channel delete function, that would work too. I have two or three channels that the scan hangs on that I need to get rid of. The other channels are fine. So, if I can just get rid of the problem channels, that would work too.

I have played around with this HHCH for about three hours and can't figure it out, and we don't have the manual for the radio.

I have the manual for the old HHCH A3 that went with the combo
that uses the SIU. If this is what you have, I would be glad to
email the page that talks about the scan feature.
