Post by K2JLX »

Okay okay; I will probably take some crap for it but I will post this anyway with the promise of more pictures to come.. Sometime ago I posted the install pictures of my radios in a 2004 Chevy Colorado LS...

Nice car....

Nice radio....

bad combination...

lol

just a suggestion, it would look cool to have your radio on the roof inside right above the rearview mirror, that is if this was going to be a permanant install...

also dont put that kenwood in there its a nice radio but... it doesnt belong in a mustang... the astro is pushing it..

it would look very sexy with some lights in there.... red and blue perhaps :D :D :D :D :D :D

8) 8) 8)

what happened to your colorado, accident?

A properly-done install on a Mustang is an awesome thing to have.

He's got the Astro in there nicely, and it looks good. Nice install!

What mount did you use on the W7 head to get it angled on the hump?

... I'm thinking of the exact same thing as I have a Pathfinder, but with two remote A4 heads, one on top of the other.

Do you mind posting a few close ups of the mount? I'm trying to find the model # for it as well.

If I get time when I finish work today I will take some halfway decent macro shots of the panavise and the attached bracket.

That is a link to the type of mount that JLX has, I have the same in my car and for the radio mounts in my wife's car... in fact... the following is a photo of the mount in her car.
