SM-50 Rx audio question

SM-50 Rx audio question

How can one get unmuted rx audio to Pin 11 of the accy connector? When programming, say Pin 14 for Rx audio mute, when the mute line is activated, it kills the audio to Pin 11. Can this be changed..as the service manual alludes to it.
