whats should i use. has any one else ever set anything like this up and is there a constant loud out put pins so i can bypass the control head volumn controld

Most external speakers, that have a volume control, use a 20 ohm pot. SPKR hi from the radio goes to the 'top' of the pot, speaker to the center pin, and both the SPKR Lo from the radio and the other side of the speaker to the 'bottom' of the pot.KitN1MCC wrote:ok more so what size pot should i use to control volumn to the external speaker
There are speaker pads that are constant impeadance used for volume controls at the speaker. 8 ohm speaker pad works for most two way stuff.
