No way to get sub-band by model #. Only that it's UHF. Have to read radio or identify bandsplit specific modules. If you're looking at something on EBay there's a lot of surplus gov't/military in the useless to most 403-433 split.

Spectra model #'s only dictate whether its VHF, UHF, 800 or 900. In this case its UHF, possibly one of 4 sub splits. The FCC id number may help in some case but the only true way is to get some part #s off the boards in the radio.

The two most important board numbers are the VCO and receiver front end. They are both under covers, the RF FE is next to the Command board in the top side of the radio..four screws in the cover. The VCO is underneth the RF FE board on the bottom of the radio under a cover with 6 screws.

Be aware that there are a LOT of Spectras showing up that have the bandsplit information hacked. This information is read by the RSS, so that is not a reliable way to tell for sure the radio's range.
