PM1500 scan/programming issue

PM1500 scan/programming issue

Greetings all, I have an issue that I am trying to resolve and could use some advice. On the PM1500 series mobiles VHF Highband 100 Watt version, I cannot find in the CPS where user selectable scan can be activated? IT will allow a computer defined scan list to be created but the end user has no ability to make changes to it (basically like a GP300 portable) . It has a nusicance delete function, but no user selectable scan list. I have done a search of the forum and come up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW I contacted the MSS that sold the units and they don't have any idea either :o !!
