XTL2500 REMOTE HEADS BAD OUT OF BOX

Anybody else having trouble with the heads powering down and not coming back on until the RF deck is power down and back up?

The same heads coming back from repair (#%@@#$$% Mex) in maintenance mode and we can’t get them out.
Anybody been here?

Need a part number for the complete head also. We have three out of forty new out of the box not working and we need replacements while they are going back for a second time for repair (#$%#$^Mex) HLN1468A is only half the unit.

If we find anymore out of the box bad we’re telling the sells people they can have them back. We are not selling refurbish. This is getting real old, real fast.

XTL 1500 can’t program or just dead. 3 out of 15 out of the box…
Gave the last one back to motorola.
Getting old fast.
