GE MRK question

Post by bilat »

I just picked up a VHF GE MRK on Ebay. I've been looking to try other radios besides the Motorola and Vertex. Any how I was wondering if anyone knows how to program one of these things. Do I need a RIB box or a slow running computer? Thanks in advanced for the help!

You need EDACS3 software or "Programmer" software, cable, and TQ3370 box.

Here is a link to the TQ3370 manual http://www.hallelectronics.com/lbi/38858c.pdf
Cable is http://www.hallelectronics.com/getech/tq-lpe.gif
Same as the LPE200 cable.

Hall Electronics is your GE radio info source.
