MTX8000 to MTS2000 800Mhz

MTX8000 to MTS2000 800Mhz

Is it possible to convert a MTX8000 into a MTS2000 800MHZ just by swapping the controller? Or is there other components that must be swapped to allow this to work? I would think a control board swap would allow this to work but, I have been wrong before. Thanks

It will work but from memory you wont have the RF switch but thats about all. (I may be wrong on the switch)

Really, you can just lab in an MTS2000 codeplug and MOST of the features will work just fine.
