XTS2500 Key Fail

XTS2500 Key Fail

When I turn the XTS2500 on it says HWkey 1 key fail. I would assume this means hardware does anyone know what this means when it flashes. Any help would be great.

I believe it means you have encryption hardware installed and called by the programming, but no key is loaded. If you do not use encryption, reprogram the radio so it does not call for the function.

Just got off the phone with /\/\ and they said go into Radio configurations choose the secure and uncheck the secure equipped and that will take care of the problem.
