XTS 3000/5000 Manual

Post by ChrisM »

I am looking for the PDF for the XTS 3000/5000 radios. If someone knows where I could download this manual I would greatly appreciate it.

The service manual is Motorola's intellectual property, just like software.

How is this any different than asking for RSS?

It is different. For example, if I gave you a copy of an RSS package that would be a violation of the license agreement that I signed - a violation of a contractual obligation, whereas if I gave you a pdf of a manual that would be a copyright violation.

Granted - both are wrong - so don't ask me to do either. However, the original post did not ask for someone to send the manuals - it was a request for a place to download them - and since they can be downloaded from Motorola - there is no issue with asking the question.

So the answer to the original question is - you can download the operation manuals as well as the basic and detailed service manuals for both the XTS3000 and XTS5000 products from MOL. [assuming your account is set up for access to product manual downloads]
