I have a R1225 UHF with a bad RF NPN writing on it is :(c/M25C24/185/QQ0041) (this page is missing in my service manual) hence the help) Is this interchangeable with the (C/M25C24/185/RR0011)

25C24 is the last 5 chars in the part number, the M is for Motorola.....

Sounds like they are the same. 185 is a code for Mfgr, and the last QQ0041 looks like a date code, like 2000, week 41.
