TSN1003A amplified speaker

Hi All, I have an TSN1003A amplified speaker with a bad audio transistor. I have tried to cross it to NTE but no luck. As I read it it is 65004-691 and under it says 8149G(the best I can tell). Does anyone know what this transistor is and or where I can buy one or cross it?. Any help is greatly appreciated. Davie n three chu at atlanticbb.net
