Need Repair work done- NTN5613A

I have 2 of these units that I would like to get repaired. One suffered a short at the power leads, the other came to me non-working. They both power up, but neither works.

Please help!

For clarification, these units are the enhanced MT1000 MTVAs.

Please, there has to be someone here that has some knowledge about these units.
