MT2000 reports unprogramed

I have a new radio and the unit powers and reports unprogramed. I have rss program and rib. Any help

Sorry I found a chanel that is programed.

Any position in the channels that was not programmed will display "Unprogramed". So it seems there are "no channels" programmed into the radio.

Read the radio with RSS, SAVE the codeplug information to disk.. Then make programming changes, adding channels as needed, THEN write that back into the radio.
