Spectra not coming out of self check

Spectra not coming out of self check

Wondering if any one knows whats going on?

I just got a Spectra UHF and when I wired it, the control head(A5) turns on and then fades out and on and never comes out of self check? Any one know whats up?

Can you read/write it? If it has any trunking systems in it, it may have been inhibited...

Sounds more like the infamous self check loop!!!
