Wanted Quantar System Planner

If it is permitted here, I'm looking for a copy of the System Planner for the Quantar series, pdf would be nice.

I'm assisting in specing out some radios for a possible grant from a larger group. I've looked at MTR 2000 radios and have the planner for them. Would like to have the same info on the Quantar radios.
