[Minitor III Pager] Engineer Password

[Minitor III Pager] Engineer Password

I have tried the password listed in this form and can not get it to work. I have windows ver 1.8.1. I haver read the minitor III and try to use the password but it does not work. I have also tried the hex editor trick but can not figuer it out either. What is a good hex editor to use.
