Side Connectors for HT750/HT1250

Side Connectors for HT750/HT1250

I'd like modify the headset cables for the HT750 and HT1250 radios we have to eliminate the two prong cable/side accessory connector combination that seems to be a weak link in the chain.

Does anyone have a source for the direct screw-on side connectors for these?
