Need Codeplug MCS2000 Model 2 M10UGM6PW6BN

I need a codeplug for MCS2000 800MHz Model 2 M10UGM6PW6BN previously programmed with CPS R02.02.

Since that time someone tried to program it with DOS-RSS and it has concked out.

I would greatly appreciate anyone sending me a codeplug match this configuration.
