Um, that's not a Smart(flash)RIB. That is the schematic of the standard Moto RIB, or at least very, very close to it. If you have the level of expertise to mod something like you are talking about, you'd be better served to simply build your own RIB. Its really not that complicated. The schematics can be found

HERE. This is the schematic of the original Motorola RIB. I've built one, using a lot of junkbox parts, and a few new ones. I have about $12.00 US in mine, and it hasn't balked at programming anything I've thrown at it yet. I've even programmed several Syntor X9000 radios with it, and they can be among the most finicky to program. I would suggest not substituting parts. Only use original part numbers.
