Minitor V manual?

Post by bad aim »

I was wondering if anyone would have a PDF manual for the Minitor V?

What I'm most interested in is how to set it to vibrate. A few other members in my department tried to do it, but it doesn't work (they have Min III's and IV's).

Thanks-

The manual will probably not be very useful - I have paper copies but no pdf.
The vibrate function needs to be programmed into the pager along wth the frequency and tone information.
The A-B-C-D switch positions can be assigned to beep, vibrate, silent alert etc based on the programming.
These will vary depending on how your pager was programmed.

On the Minitor V you can also have the pager beep and vibrate at the same time.
The minitor 3 and 4 only allow you to choose beep or vibrate for each switch position.

Hope this helps,
Stace

Ah, thanks for the info. So there is no way to change it on the fly, is there? :/

No, not unless it is already programmed to another switch position.
Easy to do but you do need the programming interface, cradle and software.
