GM160/360 bootstrap with US Waris labtool

I use RIB + flash cable in order to flash GM160/360 radios with US Waris labtool. S/W communicate with radio. I can read radio info, program new code plug into, but I can't push firmware. When I initiate bootstrap line to ground and try to trun on radio, it dosn't do anything. And US waris gave me msg radio in not in bootstrap mode. It happens with GM160 and GM360 radios. How do I know that radio is in bootstrap mode?? Does it write on display, beep tone announcement? Or problem is somewhere else?
