We're looking at Stone Mountain speaker-mics, specifically their "Sword" SSAN6LXX model. Anyone have any experience with these or any other of their other sp/mics lately? Thanks.

They are not cheap that is for sure.I know they come in different colors and styles.A local FD uses them ( Waterproof Rad Juno)on thier XTS2500 in the 800mhz Digital Mode. They prefer them to the Motorola mics.No problems since January with them.I like how the series are named after WWII D-Day Normandy Landing Beach Zones ,Juno,Sword,Omaha and maybe another.Splat wrote:We're looking at Stone Mountain speaker-mics, specifically their "Sword" SSAN6LXX model. Nice looking speaker mic's. Interesting that they use a coil cord on their PSM while 'M' uses a straight cord.
