17/10 and 08/10 mid power spectra 800 conv.? what are they please?

08-10 is lack of siren amplifier outside of the unit.

Richard, If that is the same Spectra 800 conv. that arrived yesterday, indeed it is looking for the external siren?PA box. The Siren/PA is selected in the RSS.
Also the caps have leaked and did some dammage that I did not see until the caps were removed from the board. All the damage was under the cap's plastic 'foot'. That caused the very poor receive audio, and FAIL 001 ocasionaly.
