Here is what I've come up with:
5 WHI 17 Bus + (RS-422 Input/Output)
11 Shield 13 Mic. Low
12 BLK/YEL 12 Mic. Hi (Input)
14 BLK 50 Bus - (RS-422 Input/Output)
18 BLU 49 Digital Ground
19 BLK/ORG 26 Reset (Input/Output)
21 Shield Bus Shield
22 YEL 48 Switched B+ (Input)
23 BLK/RED 33 Busy (Input/Output)
24 GRN 11 Speaker Audio Low (Output)
25 ORG 44 Speaker Audio Hi (Output)
11 wires.
For trunk mount, pin 24 and 25 can go right to the speaker on the rear deck, so that brings the number down to 9.
Did I forget any important lines, or did I include any that aren't important?

Yeah, I did buy one off you.
But that's being used for the Astro Spectra.
This home-brew cable is for the Analog Spectra.

And no. Mic and speaker are not done through that communication. You could (theoretically) hook the jumper to power the radio to the home channel and the 4 lines needed for a TNC to turn a 110 watt Spectra into a APRS Digi station (or any packet station for that matter)
