Minitor II Low Band - How to tune?

Anyone have the tuning procedure for a low band Minitor II?

I have one on 39.980MHz and would like to move it to 39.600MHz. I realize I'll need to order a new crystal, but aside from that, what is the procedure to realign the receiver? I have all necessary test/service equipment.
