Can anyone identify this?

OK everyone, I got 2 of these in a lot of Moto stuff that I bought and I have no idea what they are. I can't find a part number stamped on them anywhere. I know a lot of people don't like pics posted so I will put links to the pics.

(If you notice above the blue plug it says J2 TX and below the bottom one it says J2 RX)
