HT1000 light problem

Post by tdc4125 »

I have an HT1000 that's giving me some problems. The light on top of the radio will not illuminate GREEN. The light will illuminate RED when it's supposed to, but never green. This is a problem because when I set the mode switch to scan program, the light is supposed to illuminate green to indicate that a channel is included in the scan list. Instead, I get no indication at all that a channel is included in the scan list or not.

I know this is a long shot BUT... Is there any way to swap the red/green function of the light? There's nothing in RSS that I know of, but I thought there just might be a hack out there to change this using a hex editor.. Any help would be appreciated.
