Hello, I am a Operational Paramedic that is going to India to assist setting up new Western style Emergency Medical Services, and train Indian EMT's and Physicians in Advanced Care Procedures. We are a 501(c)3 Foundation (Non-Profit). Where would one look to gain bidding opportunities on Low Band Systems ( 40 Meg + ) ? , including Mobiles,Minitors,Portables and Repeaters.
We have a Nano budget, and after working in the Russian Federation and Darfur, it's hard to put into words how wonderful our whole Public Safety System is in the U.S.A. We are hoping to take the best of the U.S. Systems, and deliver highest quality Emergency Medicine in the field, to all who request it, this includes a top-notch Communications system, that is Simplex and simple in nature..It will cover about a 125 Km area of Highway, with a huge amout of serious Trauma.
ANY assistance in the way of know how, advice, and prayers will be greatfully accepted.. Check the Web site: http://www.iiems.org.
Hit me up with your input, I have not looked at elevations and Communications Survey stuff yet, but I don't want these New Medics to have to handle the controlled confusion of responding, and be yelling into a Cell Phone..
Regards,
KC7LEM
