D-ring for XTS2500
Does anyone know of any maker of D-rings (or D-clips) for the battery of an XTS2500? I know Motorola doesn't make any such thing, and I have no idea why. But surely, someone somewhere has to make them.

Re: D-ring for XTS2500
Only time I've ever seen a "D" ring on a radio, so to speak, is when the
ring is part of the leather holster. To attach the strap directly to the
radio (if that's what you're asking about) would 1. beat the hell out of
the radio as it flopped around with no protection and, 2. probably crack
either the battery case or the radio itself.
If you don't want to use a leather case then use a belt clip.

Re: D-ring for XTS2500
It's pretty common, actually, to use a D-ring that attaches directly to the battery (or radio). At least, it is for every model we've used (PD). For the XTS5000, it would be NTN9212A (the D-ring that attaches to the battery) and NTN9213A (the belt loop).
I'm trying to find a similar D-ring for the XTS2500 to avoid having to use those huge, bulky leather cases.
