MCS2k with Ackermann Handset- Info

Post by pforbes »

To all those MCS2k users, owners, repairers, etc who have and use the GLN7276, commonly known as the Ackermann Handset, accessory. Motorola does not and will not supply ANY repair parts for you. However, I have found parts available from the current manufacturer and they are most pleasant to deal with.

They can take plastic or you can send them a Euro money order gotten from your local bank.

Parts are available from the manufacturer licensed to produce and distribute the now called ‘Funk’ handset line (formerly known as Ackermann):

Gisela Kirch <[email protected]> (wonderful to deal with)
Holmberg GmbH & Co. KG
Ohlauer Straße 5 – 11
10999 Berlin
Telefon 030/617 80-0
Telefax 030/617 80-200

Handset lower plastic half: 27-18-0027S €12,50 ($18.00)
