P1225 Charger voltage?

Post by M1225 »

I was just given a P1225 with a drop in charger and was wondering what the correct input voltage and polarity for the charger was because it did not come with a cord or adapter.

Same charger used for GP300, Gp350, and P110 radios.

12 volts center positive. 150 to 200 ma for the slow charger.
12 volts with a 2.5mm center positive plug 800-1000ma for the rapid charger.
