I've read the page at http://www.batlabs.com/maxrad.html
The information there assumes two things (that are not true in my case). It assumes you have a logic board with 16-pin accessory connector, and it assumes you have a service manual.
I have logic board HLN9123A (with 5-pin accessory connector), and I can't find a service manual (vendors are out of stock and say it's discontinued, and I don't see any on ebay).
So, is it possible to run 9600 baud packet with my logic board, and if so, can anyone provide any advice or instructions? (If your advice is to get a service manual, please let me know where I can actually get one, I'm happy to buy one, I just can't find them...)
Thanks for any and all help!

Everything you need is in the Mic jack. Just make sure the TX level is not overdriving the Dev limiter stage.
RX audio pin 1 low level before the Volume pot
TX pin 4
PTT pin 3
Ground pin 5
