Battery Hazards

I am looking for any contraindications that may exist associated with using Lithium Ion batteries in radios used by firefighters where radios are potentially exposed to higher temperatures. I am using XTS 5000R radios with both ruggedized batteries (NNTN4437B) and the High Capacity 4150 MAh Lithium Ion batteries (NNTN6034A). The extra capacity is nice even though the batteries are not ruggedized.
