GP300 (REX) refurb kit

Anyone know of a GP300 re-furb kit rather than ordering the 10 pcs. seperately ?

I used to get my GP300 refurb kits from Carolina Radio, either the
NC or Las Vegas office of theirs. The case comes with all buttons
installed, not in parts, or at least it used to. You also have to
specify how many channels you want on the escutcheon, 2, 8,
or 16 being the standard ones, I think.
