Astro Spectra Help

Post by asmitty0010 »

I recently got an Astro spectra and i threw it on a bench power supply to test it. Everything powers up just fine but when scroll through the modes and press the volume button I don't hear anything from the speaker. You know like that alert tone you hear. I do not have the unit programmed yet but could something be bad with the audio or could the previous owner had that feature turned off?

That feature can be enabled/disabled in the CPS. It might be disabled.

Depending on which control head style you have, there may or may not be an internal speaker. If it does
have the external speaker, do you have one connected to the 2 pin white connector?
